What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Maintain safety compliance and conduct regular site inspections.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

What You Bring:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction technology.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
