What You’ll Do:

• Run the show from start to finish—planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivering results.
• Lead and inspire teams of subcontractors, vendors, and professionals with a clear vision and a steady hand.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, owners, and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.
• Stay ahead of potential issues by identifying risks early and solving problems proactively.
• Maintain top-tier safety and quality control at every stage of the build.
• Communicate progress with clarity—keeping clients and leadership in the loop.
• Strengthen client relationships through trust, professionalism, and consistent delivery.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with construction project management tools and software.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
