We’re growing and looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial construction projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of commercial construction—from preconstruction to project closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Supervise on-site operations to ensure safety, quality, and timeliness
• Forecast project needs and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Enforce site safety and OSHA compliance standards
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving
• Monitor contract compliance, change orders, and project milestones

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record managing large-scale builds in healthcare, education, or municipal sectors
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, contracts, and building codes
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and quality craftsmanship
